Putting his money where his mouth is, right?

Oh, for the good old days, when it only cost a nickel to make a phone call – and I remember those days.

The days of the nickel telephone call, the five cent fountain cola drink and the ten cent comic book. Gone for good. Right along with the 10 cent dozen of eggs and the twelve cents per gallon for gas! We were in paradise – and didn’t realize it until it was too late!

Who is the man in the background and what is the full word beginning with " CAN…" written on window?

The GI Bill allowed me $110 a month. Out of that I paid college tuition, room and board, all books and could still write checks for $2 to take my girl to the movies on Saturday nites.

I would cost $5 for the doctor. Penny wise, pound foolish.

A nickel at todays prices is not worth a comment. lol!

Popsicle, fudgesicle, pack of gum, Dixie cup with movie stars photos under the lid, 12 ounce Nehi soda, candy bar, package of chips – only 5 cents. The good old days!

Jeff really puts Mutt into some awkward positions.

I would love to know what Mutt has underneath his hat that makes it fly upwards.

Dun’t know the cost, but how about those sticky fly catchers hanging from the ceiling. Now it it is a bottle with water and some dope that the flys are dying to get in and it works too.

It’s OK… just look for any change in Jeff.
