    That’s the reaction I get when I make soup out of radish or turnip greens. The girl in the vegetable shop thinks I’m crazy, but run it through the blender and you have good, nourishing soup that tastes great and the main ingredient is free with the vegetables.

    had an XMas feast at an acquantance’s in-laws, on Tinia Island. plenty of unrecognizable (but delicious) stuff, that all got eaten. plus the obligatory chef’s-compliment raucous Belch at the end.
