Cap can fly — why would he have a car? Especially since he doesn’t have a secret identity.
@nboady: Same reason Wonder Woman has a transparent plane even though she can fly. Flying takes effort, especially over long distances or at high speeds. Cap’s not the kind of guy to exert himself unless he has to.
Two words: Utility Belt. Or Fanny Pack, if you’ve given up on life.
