And so, according to uncertainty principle the cat in the box is both dead and not dead until it's observed. Ok, forget it. I'm outta here... I'm gonna head home and catch up on some EverQuest II. Y'know what your problem is? You fold too easily! You always bail at the first little setback... Y'know something? You're right!... You're absolutely right! All my life I've been a quitter! And where has that gotten me? Nowhere! I promise myself and all that is holy, I will not leave this bar until I get the phone number of at least one eligible female! Ok pal, if that's th' way it's gotta be, here's the number of my aunt Marcy in Queens... But don't call between 7:00 and 10:00 Thursday, that's bridge night.

Bet she’s HOT, too. Why else would she be single….

Monty shouldn’t make promises that he can’t keep: namely, all those which require another person to do something. It’s a sad lesson….

Unless this is showing how lame Monty is, the theory he is trying to explain is wrong. Its not Heisenberg its the theory of schrodinger’s cat. I’m a geek I know

@DTDoyle The woman knew that too, which explains why she changed her position and increased her momentum.

Actually, that’s not Heisenberg’s uncertainty principle, that’s Schrodinger’s work on probability and observation.

Monty shouldn’t have led with Heisenberg, especially if the other person is a cat person. Should have led with Sagan. He could have done the billions of stars in her eyes, yada, yada, blah, blah…..
