Okee-doakey – IF these bumps go down and not up, and IF that is a camera in the little girl’s hand, then this is beginning to make sense. I thought Mom had been swallowed by a sand dune.

My first thought too. She’s lost in the Badlands.I only lived in North Dakota for a few years as a very young child. I remember the Badlands, dead pheasants the hunters showed off, eating Bismarks (pastry) but it was the winters that scarred me for life.

Yep. The Badlands. That was my first thought. Many a folk have ended up lost for days. However, it being close to Mother’s Day… Maybe she just took a break from the family for a bit!
