Ok, so let me bring the music down a notch: Manic Monday authored by Prince and made popular by the Bangles. (Actually I just found that acoustic version and I find I like it more than the original.)  Aaaaah, the 80’s!

@ Number Three – There are, or at least several. Two of my Favs are “Monday, Monday” and “Rainy Days and Mondays”. Then there’s “Black Sunday” which is, technically, about Sunday but compares it to Monday.

and dont forget Jimmy Buffet’s (one of my fave’s of his) Come Monday.Come monday it’ll be alright, come monday I’ll be holding you tight, I spent four lonely days in a brown L.A. haze….

Monday needs a goony jingle that we can all use to improve our moods. Call the advertising jingle guys!
