Coming Soon đ At the beginning of April, youâll be
introduced to a brand-new GoComics! See more information here. Subscribers, check your
email for more details.
âBarristasâ are just retail sales clerks who happen to make coffee. They need to drop the attitude and get over themselves! Theyâre another luxury that we can do without. We donât âneedâ $5 cups of coffee, and we donât âneedâ barristas!
If there is a market for it, created or otherwise, why not fill that niche. I have never paid $5.00 for a cup of coffee, so it may be I donât know what I am missing. If I were to do so and get hooked on it, so to speak, It can be an expensive habit. I prefer to remain blissfully ignorant, (which some people tell me I do very well). Got my âgood to the last dropâ coffee, thatâs all I need.
Regarding the comic, free market yada yada yada, what GatoCat said. Boy do I need some coffee.
in this case wilco is a noun, so I think it is slang for a radio.Sometimes a radio operator is also the person addressed (for instance, perhaps an aircraft pilot). That person might add the response âWilcoâ, which is short for âwill complyâ.
My, apparently itâs rude day in the comics first Basic Instructions now Bliss. This is tip of the iceberg for tales from retail workers. Plenty of stories about customers like this guy.
