Oh, am I glad I wasn’t benefitted by my paternal grandparents (Grandma died when Dad was a college student & Grandpa —who I heard had the "vocabulary"— a few months before my older brother was born when my parents were married eight years). As for the maternal grandparents, I got some benefits from them although I didn’t see them often from Washington to Arizona.
There is a young man I believe either 19 or 20, who chosen to live the old Ozark type of life here in KS. Acts old and wears long sleeves during summer or year-around. Seems strange when other young men his age or not near as polite in talk.
