Coming Soon đ At the beginning of April, youâll be
introduced to a brand-new GoComics! See more information here. Subscribers, check your
email for more details.
@SuperfrogWithout doubt, you can well visualise the end result through identification with the victim. The next great question to be pondered by the masses is âOther than the âhopâ light being lit, why did the frog cross the road?â. You canât believe everything you read.
Nonsense. You have every right, reason, and privilege to gripe about the Republicrat monopoly that pukes up pairs of interchangeable candidates who make your vote meaningless.
I stood on the corner of Walk and Donât Walk for a long time before I just said, âHangit!â and jaywalked. Fooled those AI machines who are secretly scheming to get us all killed.
examiner, marking a âhitâ on my CDL driving test: you know, you couldâve made this right turn, here"me: " Nah, what if that lady on the phone changes lanes mid-intersection?"BOOM. 3 car pileup.he erased the âhitâ mark, and i drove on to complete the test.
Come on, nobody believes those buttons work, do they? Like you can just walk up, push a button and stop busy traffic? RiiiiightâŠ.besides, the lights gonna change anywayâŠ..
I just noticed the light was upset when the guy wasnât suckered into the trap of thinking he would be safe. Maybe thatâs why so many people donât start walking, until the âwaitâ or âred hand of youâre screwedâ start flashing??
There isnât always another candidate; the Republicans and Democrats in some states (Illinois was one as of about ten years ago, anyway) collude to make it all but impossible for third party candidates to get on the ballot: the commissions that decide who gets on are *bi*partisan, not *non*partisan.
Another thing: my original reply was not to what you perhaps meant to say but to what you actually said, which is âAnd if you donât vote you have absolutely no right, reason or privilege to gripe.â (Emphasis added). âGET TO WORKâ is not the same thing as âget out and voteâ.
@VarnesComment #2Had responded to your comment that it was not too early for trolls, and that should we buy Rush and co.âs line of right-wing bovine by-products that we would all wind up in the compost heap, but must have neglected to press the âsubmitâ button.
that so reminds me of Twilight Zone (original series). No. I donât recall any episodes like thatâŠâŠbut this is sooooo stop, hop, squish, stop, walk, splat. Mr Serling would be pleased splat went dang!

WaitingMan over 12 years ago
The buttons are only operational during times of very low traffic (say, 3AM). When there is even a minimal amount of traffic, they do nothing.

@bmonk Thank you. This possibility never occurred to me Both the chicken and the frog are oblivious to the supremacy of vehicular entitlement.
