Ah, Jarvis... The carnival! Some accuse my class of being walled off in gated communities, out of touch with the common man... But lo and behold! Here I stand! In one of the most proleitarian of settings!... Rubbing elbows with... Hot Dogs I must say, I'm rather baffled to find the fat man, tattooed lady and wild seek all inexplicably outside this sideshow arena... Perhaps, sir, it's some promotional offering.

That Nuttingham boy doesn’t get out much, does he? And I’m not sure Jarvis is much better….

Waddya mean we Americans don’t understand the subtleties of sarcasm? I refer you to two of the most subtly sarcastic films ever made, “Taxi Driver” and “Apocalypse Now.” Case closed.

… now we would just hope they are performers on a break. .We never know about Jarvis. He is such a gentleman’s gentleman – that its really really hard sometimes to know if he is pulling Sedgie’s leg. .of course we know. just think back to the BBC’s Upstairs, Downstairs. The butler always knows – he just doesn’t tell his employer!
