THIS IS MARVELLOUS!All the different and individually apporpriate expressions, here.Wally’s mildly, “I can’t believe it!”Holly’s “Home! Looks pretty nice, way up close. Think I’ll stay for awhile.”And last, but not least: all the variations of a WTF on the faces of just about everybody else.Nice going Aaron, nice going!
REPOST.. and many thanks to all who have already bid this week: Two new auctions this week at the Endtown Auction Block.. a double-sided Endtown original featuring Holly embarrassing herself and a color Holly & Wally “chase” drawing that I drew on request. All proceeds help Endtown stay alive! And, yes, I mean that..
Awsome picture!Everyone home but Flask! I hope AaronM sent her straight to the hospital. Linda’s shocked expression shows she is still in for some adjustment.By the way, it is great to be able to use the enlarge feature now (stating this week).

This picture is indeed worth a thousand words. I had no idea that the artist controlled the magnify button. Thanks AN!(Although I got all excited when I thought I saw an anteater in the upper right of the crowd, but I think it’s an elephant now :-))
Marx got lucky. Another few feet to the left, and he could have been opening the hole into a wall, or the side of an elephant.—————————————I’m going to kill you, kid! Kill you dead!
And we STILL gotta find FLASK… she is not done with her mischief , I am certainly willing to bet!! maybe she can have some redemption with rescuing Linda’s little one??
Masterfully done!! This is beautiful. I especially like the look on AM’s face. It’s like he’s been dropped into a room full of Teddy bears…..only they’re all alive. Well done, Aaron, well done. Oh yeah, the enlarge button is great also.
Remember, Flask was one of very few who kept her height. Endtown is fillwed with much smaller people. (Cartooning heights!) But yes, the ceiling has been drawn much higher before. For me, mainly, my reaction, after the initial smile, was: Yay, end of volume 3! then: Um, how will this fit in the collected volume? Wait, it’s available in high-res… entire page filled! Woo!
Wow! Very awesome single-panel illustration! With all the usual Neathery detail! And the ZOOM! Love it! (and had no idea it could be selected by the artist – always wondered about how it didn’t work on some strips). I know it’s not Friday, but this sure feels like the end of an arc. When’s this piece gonna be auctioned??
getting to endtown that way was the perfect way to get linda into endtown
because she wont know where it is (i think she could be fooled into revealing its location to the topsiders if they tell they let her to see her son again)
Okay, who’s up for a little speculation. That line above the rooftops…..is that a seam between ceiling panels or where wall meets ceiling? If it’s where wall meets ceiling, then the ceiling is not very high at all, the light panels are large (but not unreasonable so) and the buildings are extremely small (probably one room). If it’s a joint between ceiling panels, then the ceiling could be very high. . .as long as the light panels are extremely large, almost unbelievably so. . .and the building could be narrow, but potentially long.
the magnifying thing is great! THis was a something I’ve hope for since they left Endtown! I love your style. Do you have any older, I mean can you make copies of a page I can’t afford (I really can’t afford) to get an original, but there is about 3 cartoons in Book 1 that I would love to have to hang on the wall.
Funny thing… I to get a funny feeling that this is not the real Endtown. To me, it looks like a place where rescued mutants are housed and Aaron Marx’s who rescues these poor little creatures and hides them from the Topsiders. Just MHO.
Ummm… Not to sound totally social media inept, but is there any way to bid on an auction item without being on Facebook, Wordpress, or Twitter? I am resisting the mainstream, but probably not for long. It’s work-related :-(
Is this a great to (apparently) wrap up a story arc or what? Kudos to what is now the one strip on GoComics I make sure to read daily! I’m already awaiting the chance to purchase Endtown 3, and will even drive to Marysville or Kent to do it.
BTW, Aaron, I’ve finally been able to set a day and time that Electromatic Radio will air on KCED: Wednesdays at 10:30AM Pacific Time in glorious 1,00-watt stereophonic sound, starting sometime in September…no Dead Zone slots like in Houston. I’ll email you directly.
