Ralph: First you go to the waiting room where you wait and wait and wait. Then they finally come and get you... And take you to a little exam room where you wait and wait and wait some more. On the bright side, there have probably been many advances in medical science since I've been here!

on the other hand, the longer you wait the more chance that some pharmaceutical salesman will dump some more samples of ‘FDA approved’ drugs for your doctor,who gets a kickback, to push on to you.

“The doctor will be in in a minute” is a medical term that doesn’t mean what it should.
