If Republican and TEAsers want to go over the cliff, it’s fine by me. Bush and Obama tax cuts expire and pentagon spending reductions will result in prioritization of spending.

Try reading, “Robbing Us Blind, The Return of the Bush Gang and the Mugging of America,” written by Steve Brouwer and illustrated by Wuerker. It was published in 2004, Matt saw this coming.

Clinton and Gingrich balanced the budget with enough left over to pay down the National Debt in about 10 years, or NOW.How is is NOT Bush’s fault that it didn’t happen? He dropped taxes immediately because His Administration believed that a balanced budget wasn’t as important as more money to the rich.

Two not only un-funded wars but cut taxes instead of raising to pay for, and Medicare D undunded might have something to do with it.

The idea of going back to the policies of GW Bush should make anyone who is not super-rich very upset.

I understand why cons get tired of hearing “Bush did it”.I mean he did so much to be critical of but, it doesn’t make it any less true. So, cons, until someone can erase history you will continue to hear “Bush did it” because, those are the facts.

The Republicans were willing to destroy America’s credit rating to get the budget decision, which now they claim is a cliff because it’ll cut the defense department. Then they point fingers at the Democrats’ idea of stalling on the Bush tax cuts which, if they end, would take us back to the economic policies of Clinton. Oh, the horror. The economy was much better under Clinton, I say bring it on.

Go google “obama’s accomplishments with citations”.There you will find a Long list of positive things president Obama has done, including keeping over 2/3 of his promises.

“You can lay all the deaths in afghanistan after that news conference at [Nancy Pelosis] feet. We could have been in and out, except for her.”ARE YOU &@#! KIDDING? What about the bush administrations decision to call off the team who had bin laden cornered in tora bora? Rather than place blame on an administrative decision, you blame a claim by a represenitive (she wasn’t even a house speaker then). How did her saying they were tracking his phone EXTEND the war? You seem to have left that part out.And what about the tax cuts bushie signed months BEFORE 9/11? That just about took out the whole of the clinton administrations surplus.Next time, before you so much as THINK of the term “historical revisionists”, do a little historical research first.
