They got it at a yurt sale.

Ah… that looks like one from the Monkey’s Turdmunkistan Imports Spring 2012 catalog…. I believe he sold a lot of yurts in March and April.

The Tardis interior, as shown by x_tech, was a design option…. pretty expensive, but adds a lot to the comfort level.

Hmmm…. I do stay a lot at the salon. If I can’t afford a dream house here on Ballard St, maybe I should consider adding a yurt to the back yard…

I do own the property, but it’s a tiny lot…. plenty of room, though, for a small, wine-colored Turdmunkistani wool yurt…with a 3 bedroom 2 bath interior….dining room….maybe a small library…

Nothing better than doing yoga in a yurt. It’s very popular I understand. They call it Yogurt.

Oh, how quickly we forget………yes, Warren! That’s who it was! FSMB one-upped him with the free beanie/propeller hats down at the community center. Well, I thought he would just fade away into obscurity, but perhaps he has been conniving and conspiring underground (probably down one of the numerous holes that haven’t been filled in yet). So, Linguist, this may be a good lead for your P.I.’s to follow, yes? I still would like to know who the mother is. What kind of mother would allow her child to be used in such a way?

BTW, I had some room over at the WWOI warehouse, so part of FSMB’s yurt inventory is being stored there. Susan, if you would like, stop on by to see if something catches your eye. I sure FSMB wouldn’t mind a bit!

Anyhow, thanks for the suggestion, X …. of course, buying one locally from Monkey might be better…community spirit and all…and I can only fit a tiny, Turdmunkistani-style one on my lot….Those Yoda Yurts look pretty big.

Dunno whether they can be ordered with tardis interiors…if so, they must be palaces!

I’m not totally convinced about Warren…. he looked pretty hapless.Even if it WAS him….. what kind of connections does he have??I can’t picture HIM kidnapping a kid.

i just got back on gocomics. i have bin locked out since this afternoon.

Scuffy looks to be completely pleased with the yurt arrangement. After all, you get to lie in the grass, or go inside the yurt if you need a little shade or to have a heart-to-heart with Marian or Jeff. Water’s there. Mother Nature. Lots of smells. Life is good.
