Hi capndunzzi,This is just a case of me showing how some people (in this case, Sir Dudley) are so scrunched down into shells of their own making, and are living surrounded in a protective darkness, and are negative all the time, and have build a metaphorical suit of armor around themselves for fear of feeling something,… cannot experience the joy and lightness of being- cannot feel the little things in life when they may light upon them.Or,…he’s wearing armor and can’t feel the butterfly and this tickles the others just as much.
Oh GR, if you only knew. This is all just so up-in-my-head. Most of the underneath-it-all stuff is just “inside stuff” only to amuse me. I could probably write a book on the depth of this strip and its characters. But I won’t, ‘cause it would likely completely kill what little humor struggles here anyway. In fact that’s probably why I don’t have more readers, or why I won’t ever get into newspapers. It’s kind of difficult I guess. :/
I strongly disagree with you big brother…this strip is extremly funny, witty and makes my day 3 times a week. I’m sure your other readers agree, even though some don’t say it. And I still believe that someday soon we will be seeing mythtickle in the Sunday newpaper funnies. Keep up the good work big brother, I am oh so very proud of you in all that you do =)
You guys are so great, I’m posting a treat: My friend Lucas Turnbloom and I get interviewed at ComiCon by my buddy Tom Racine. (Man, the camera really does add pounds. Yikes!) The link probably won’t post here so cut and paste the URL. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s1tZ-809×4Y&feature=youtu.be

What are Venus, Boody, and maybe Sir Dudley, doing in that flowerbed anyway? Is this a situation where children should have parents’ guidance?

Oh There is a depth to Mythtickle I truly appreciate. But how could Karma feel through her shoes? Good Karma?
