Snow is pretty but it packs down and becomes icy on sidewalks and streets. Treacherous to walk or drive on, a Winter Wonderland is deceptive. Frostbite, injuries from slipping and falling, driving accidents are realities.
Costco =54$ plus tax every thing on Calvin and Hobbes.Like reading a little every day,so didnt buy it.But if you get your jollys knowing what comes next, go buy the complete works of whats his name Watterson.
When I was a kid, I loved the snow too — the more, the better! — in hopes that it would cancel school for the day (or, even better, for the whole week). Now I’d give anything in the world to be somewhere warm and sunny, with a beach and palm trees, and it NEVER snows!!!!!

Calvin is flexible. He’s usually more of an Epicurean.

Calvin might as well ‘pack it in’ and go read comic books.

Here in KS we thought we get snow, only TX, OK and few others received snow. We are in bad drought. Had very bitter temps.

If you’re under the influence of the dark side, Calvin’s inspiration is considerable….the force is another matter…
