Well, since she is making Gabby clean it, that makes it off limits to Grandma.

Where’s the “Must wash hands before returning to work” sign?

From TV show Bones-You should always put the lid down. Otherwise a fine mist of aerosolized urine and fecal particulates is sprayed into the air every time you flush. And if your toothbrush is out you might as well brush your teeth with excrement.

Oh boy.

@thehagPutting the lid down doesn’t help. The germs spread anyway.

Grandma does a lot of work around the house but the children have chores, as they should have. My 13 year old boy complained to me recently that he never sees me do any work. I would’ve gotten slapped for a comment like that. I laughed and asked him “How do you think the house gets clean while you’re at school?”

On Mythbusters they handled the lid up and the lid down and discovered that there is poo EVERY WHERE!

. . . but we keep the lid down when not in use.
