I’m in that predicament consistently. I always take my granddaughter out on “dates”, but the one time I take my younger grandson to something I totally heard about it from my granddaughter!
In today’s comic, Ruthie’s snobby little classmate is bragging about how her birthday party will having nothing artificial, and Ruthie asks her a question that really leaves her speechless…. good going, Ruthie!
In today’s comic at Creators, Celene does a “spit-take” when Ruthie reaches the obvious conclusion.
Above, kids have the tendency to be jealous. Since I had 4 only little more than a year apart (Irish twins?) there was little time to spend with any of them alone, and the older kids got the most attention as infants, but had to “fetch” more (and actually benefitted with more success).
