Why can’t she go swimming when it is raining? What does a little bit of rain matter when she is going to get wet anyway?

When my girls were small they loved their wading pool and playing in the sprinkler but if I suggested that they play in the rain they would fall apart and claim I didn’t love them…LOL!

I used to run around naked in the rain. My mom would get mad at me, not because I was naked but because I was getting wet.

Lighting and a pool are a bad idea.

As long as there’s no lightning, no worries.

I have a friend who loved (actually still does) to run around in the rain. Sometimes I wonder about her judgement though, when it’s storming. :/

Also it reminds me of those joggers, the ones that have to go out no matter what, so you’ll see them out in the rain, or when it’s some other crazy weather you wouldn’t ever be out in. Oh, torrential rains and flooding? NO problem. Heat stroke, what’s that? Thunder, no lighting yet, no problem. Ummmm………

Mom you should tell Ruthie the swimming pools are closed because of rain. But then no dramatics.

Yep. That was always my concern when mine were younger.

But James isn’t making much progress with his scam. Rose didn’t just fall off a turnup truck…
