I recall an inspector writing a citation for tall weeds next to Richards’ Corner Market in Caton, New York. Couldn’t find anything to cite in the meat shop. Bob Richards told him Henry would be surprised. The inspector asked who was Henry? Bob told the jerk that the ciited weeds were Henry’s. The guy tore up the citation.
