Those of us lucky enough to be Miles’s and not Kevins should really keep this in mind more often. I for one can’t imagine the havoc a situation like that would have wreaked on my childhood mental state. Those who had to (and currently have to) be little kids dealing with things like this – their own father forgetting their name – deserve a whole lot of respect, patience and kindness from those of us who didn’t. And yes, I know this is “just a comic” but it’s a real thing people deal with. This strip made me want to give Kevin a big hug!
