Actually, I can see standup as one possible career path for Petey. If he can combine it with doing independent comics, he might have found his niche.

Why does Petey sound so familiar? So like people in my age group (old).

I first read it as “Is he though?” and thought, wow, that’s snarky for Dill… then I read it correctly.

I’m a lot more like Petey than i’m comfortable admitting.

Alice has nailed life. Find your stage and “do it”.

Now can be scary. Most people prefer to live either in the memory of glory days or the dream of tomorrows promise; except maybe Dill. Blowing bubbles is great for keeping you in the moment.

Petey should be giving “The State Of The (Blisshaven; Washington Suburb; Springfield?)” speech.

Petey doing Stand-up reminds me of Emo Phillips, except, like, more for real. But Alice wouldn’t know about that pre-Alician comic, so I’ll just stop now….
