If I am not mistaken, Wilma still has her witch powers. If I were that teacher, I’d be a bit nicer lest I become a frog.

It must be said that the teacher is not exactly setting a good example in doing what she says. But Wilma will be able to make everything clear about herself by zapping the first people who try to insult her.

So much for “friendliness 101”.
