I’ve been reading this comic for about a year now. What I’ve seen of their marriage makes me sad. It’s terrible if some couples are really like this.
My response to panel 2 tends to be “I am, apparently, not the one worried about it.” And in panel 3, I duck.

My husband used to complain about all sorts of things I’ve dine, and I used to feel bad … he still does 50 years later (yes… I did still stay with him!)… but I’ve learned how to say “f u” to him… that’s what kept us together so long!
