With the continued popularity of caffeinated drinks, I believe that there will be restrictions. If before last call, you ask for another triple espresso, the barista might ask to see your hands. If they are too shaky, you would be “cut off”, because the coffee bar could be legally responsible if you vibrated your car into a telephone pole.
