I recently watched “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs” for the first time since my long-ago childhood. I was amazed that I found it brilliant, a real masterpiece.
He is a slacker and a throwback to the original Houyhnhnms before they became coldly logical. He has the capacity to get those cleaner animals to do the work.

If you go to a movie today, the crawl (closing credits) seems to last as long as the movie itself. Snow White had NO closing credits.
