The “free drinks” I receive are coffee and/or soda, and I tip the waitresses each time. They deserve it, being on their feet all day while I sit on my fat bottom. Only offered a free room if I drop a few thousand per month. My, times have changed since the COVID (and don’t we blame that on EVERYTHING?!?)
How old is this comic? There hasn’t been 4% interest on a savings account since 1990. I have a bankbook from one of my kids where I can see the posted monthly interest decline over the course of about 6 months until it reached 0.
