Tracy’s on it, now! He could try to pump WW for her source: fruitless. He could begin a sweep of everyone with access to MCU and Forensics info: better. He could have tech sweep the premises for bugs: best.
Great artwork and layout in today’s strip. I bet it doesn’t take long for Tracy to figure out there’s a mole. Is that what Panda wanted? Perhaps he’s hoping to create trust issues on the team.
Joe Staton has been a favorite of mine since late 1973. With the possible exception of E-Man, I don’t know when I have enjoyed his art as much.Nice twist on the mole plot line today.
Worth noting: This month (June 23rd to be exact) will mark one year since the passing of my old friend Gene Colan. His comic book art brought life to countless characters and stories over the years and his presents is profoundly missed. He was 84 years old.
Thank You, APersonOfInterest. Loved Gene Colan’s work on Daredevil, Sub-Mariner, Dr. Strange, & Iron Man for Marvel (to name a few), and the Batman stories for DC! What an awesome talent! You could tell that he enjoyed his work just by looking at it.
first off.. my “climb to number 1” has moved in a positive direction, rebounding from #21 yesterday to #17 today! i’m movin up! lol!. tracy is a smart guy, he’ll figure it out probably by the middle of next week at the latest i think. as for WHO the mole is.. thats a different story. theres been plenty of previously unseen/long time returning characters walking in and out of the squad room over the last few weeks.. gravel gertie, b.o., “baby ugly” lol, the mole (the actual mole, not the one leaking info lol), fritz ann, jerry king, wendy winchell, patty cure, lt teevo, that officer that gave lee the news.. thats just off the top of my head. one reader said yesterday or the day before about an angel that was delivered to the squad room on police officers week.. i musta missed that, but since we know that mrs flattop is scheduled to make her debut sometime this year, could it be a stretch that mr crime really ISNT a mr, and that the “angel” is a hint? perhaps.. ANGELTOP?!?!?!
Hey, even ol’Pope Benedict XVI found out the mole he had in Vatican-his personal major-domo, no les! I think the mole in the police station is someone above suspect – maybe LT Teevo. Or maybe Putty Puss captured Chief Patton and took his place as tne mole…
I wonder ,, could Wendy and SBN have something to do with this bug? Remember the recent cell phone scandal? Would be nice to bust both Wendy AND Panda ....and I remember Gene Colan, too. Great work on IRON MAN and DAREDEVIL for years. Colan was one of the few that made IM’s armor LOOK like armor until the late George Tuska and John Romita Jr. came along.

Wouldn’t this be interesting if Tracy related some of this to the Tracy Agency? It could avoid the bug and Mole…
