For any wondering, I arrived at the hospital at 3:45 pm and finally got to see a doctor at around 4:45 am. She asked me about some associated symptoms, none of which I seem to have, then poked me in various places and none of them were particularly painful at this point. She said that whatever it was seems to have passed and I should come back if I end up having over symptoms or if the pain comes back.
