It looks to me that the CeeVee website is the fictional equivalent of LinkedIn, where people tend to post their careers. So, if Cherry Bimm signed the FDIC form, maybe she worked for that S&L at an earlier time and she would have 4T listed as her current job, so that is at least a circumstantial connection to the suicide.
