Claire had claimed Horace was alive… She simply didn’t know where he was on his business trip. But he had called and requested his nephews take everything from his office for the business trip she didn’t know the location of, or how to get things for him.

She get’s a call asking if she’d come down to the morgue and look at a body.

So she immediately goes out and buys a black outfit with heavy veil for viewing the body should hope is not Horace?

Yeah, we all said & thought this a couple days ago. It’s just so stupid it bears repeating.

I am not a drinking man. My wife married me to have a designated driver (last time she needed me for the duty was last night), but despite having never been drunk or used illicit drugs I’m wondering if this story might make better sense if I was on something. (My friends swore it helped when watching 2001: A Space Odyssey.)
