It always irks me when people complain about low voter turn-outs. The people who care enough to vote are EXACTLY the people who SHOULD be making the decisions, not the Dinette Set.

Elections would be better if held with 2 weeks of campaigning prior to voting - less $$$ & less annoying political commercials.
