Since when does corporate give him that kind of autonomy?I’m thinking it’s only in his head….he likes to tell people he did that stuff, but isn’t actually allowed to do it.Then at his next performance review, when he’s told, once again, that his branch is teetering on the brink of closure due to poor returns, he can trot out his tired excuse that corporate just won’t let him save the business.
When Mr. Drake hears of this proactive planning he may add some of his own, pull the plug on the refrigerator, put in a camera, install a time clock and time cards.
And they are cancelling TV Guide and renewing – what?@Too Old – that occurred to me too.@Susan and Imnormal – I agree. And we all know that Burl MUST be the worst employee ever (of any employer).
