This is 16th time this week the Penny’s have complained about something, The minute they walk thru the door, a signal is activated and everyone in the complaint dept…heck everyone in the store hides.
Notice the hours that the counter is open? 8am to 9am Mon – Friday, 8:30am to 9am Sat, closed Sunday. Most people don’t even start shopping that early.
The “people” who work at those huge chain stores would have to be stone cold dead in order to care any less about you or your shopping problems. “Don’t like our service? Go somewhere else.”
