I hide my money in the fridge in a mayonnaise bottle with the inside painted white. That way I always have some cold cash handy.

Burl is chowing down on a Ho Ho… Most of the Krispy Creams are gone… “It’s a beautiful day in the neighborhood” playing on TV…!

I once hid some cash before going on a trip and then forgot about it. I found it a few years later. That was kind of exciting! I guess I am pretty good at hiding things.

Hardly matters. They have little cash, and no matter where she hides her jewelry, when she gets back the brass will be corroded green. And it’s a remarkably inept burglar that would imagine finding anything of value in their house. Although a compassionate thief might leave them a contribution.

Or out on the front porch. Burl and Joy, those are the first places a burglar will look. Or is that what you wanted???

It goes in the freezer in a bag of frozen broccoli with a clothespin holding it shut.

I once had to keep $10,000 in cash at home for a few weeks (long story). I put it in freezer bags, drained my waterbed and put it under the mattress and refilled it. Good luck finding it there.
