Poor, poor Annie!

The faster she gets adopted the better….

Annie thinks hopefully someone might take pity on her and rescue her from the crazy people.

I like when the comics show adoption and fostering. I am a big advocate of people fostering and rescuing animals. I love fostering. It feels so good to help them recover from the trauma of the pound and it is wonderful to see them go to a loving FURever home. I usually have a good cry because I miss them, however knowing that I helped even one furbaby find a good home makes up for it. Please consider fostering a shelter animal. It is one of the best things I have ever done <3

That’s the first time I think Annie has worn a frown. Either she hates the tutu as much as I do or she can’t stand the thought of not living with Dougie and his dog.

My own fur baby is a rescue dog and my good boy filled a hole in my heart that I didn’t know was there till he filled it up. Adopt, adopt adopt! They give back more to you than you will ever be able to give to them. As for Annie…calling all clowns!

People, please! don’t put costumes on your pets! It is humiliating to them only they can’t vocalize it. That tu-tu looks like a reverse cone of shame.

We do rescue and adopt out at PetSmart. My wife dresses the smaller dogs in outfits like this.

You’re not improving her chances for adoption with that outfit. Unless it’s out of pity like mjb515 said.

Now if we could just do the same thing for children in our adoption homes instead of in caring families. Child Tax unless you adopt. And if you are found to be abusing it, it won’t be nice what happens to you.

I like Annie! I wish she would be a regular in the strip!
