Face it, parents, as soon as you give a treat at any point in the day, they’ll expect it every day.

Such big smiles! Such disappointment.

Faultless dog logic!

Mine likes the crust of toast with his breakfast…Let face it they are spoiled…Love their smiles..

Give them a piece of cheese.

One thing I’ve learned from living with animals, you do something once and it’s a habit.

Cheese-Eating grins?

A pet thinks, most likely, in thoughts of black and white. If you make an exception, they think it’ll be all the time. It’s a mistake I made with my cat, and now she thinks I’ll give her tuna fish all the time. Oh Boy! It’s hard to break her of this even now.

That doesn’t mean they can’t still hope. If it worked once, surely it’ll work again after all!

Dogs have the same rule as toddlers: Always or never.

From big smiles to puppy dog eyes.

Then I guess bacon is out of the question.
