I have no proof to confirm or disprove this, but I’ve always felt Trudeau named Rosenblatt Hall after Frank Rosenblatt (July 11, 1928 – July 11, 1971) an American psychologist who was a pioneer in the field of artificial intelligence. College dorms are notable, like frat houses, for housing intelligence that could only pass as being artificial.
