I wouldn’t have believed it, but my wife made a kale salad I actually enjoyed. The kale was soaked in olive oil and the salad contained nuts and currants.
Cardboard is particularly tasty if you cook it for a few minutes in the bacon grease, serve it on a sesame seed bun with onions and bbq sauce. Still not good from your diet though.

I ate breakfast with someone who asked for a veggie omelet with bacon. It sounds strange, but it makes sense if you want both meat and vegetables.
