I’ll tell you what tech support used to be like….when I occasion to call my bank up in Gadsden Alabama with a problem I’d speak to Lucille who handled my account and she’d start off, “Hey Mr Bill…how are you today”…then we’d gossip for a bit and she’d say “what can I do for you today, Honey?”. At my present bank I end up with heartburn.
