Maggie says, "My mother is a pain to shop for." Ted says, "No she isn't." Ted says, "I got her a new book about pruning her shurbs." Maggie says, "But she specifically said she doesn't want any things." Chips Ted says, "I borroed it from the libarary." Maggie says, "Do they have any others she'd like?"
He’s probably one of those who buys for others what he really wants himself. My husband once bought me the leather bomber jacket that he’d always wanted. I made him return it and get one for himself. He’s cured — he only gives me money now and I buy what I want. :)
