New policy is to just cave, complain about the Bible? It’s out! Complain about a gay character in a school movie, fire the teacher. Unending. SORRY IF I OFFENDED!
Recently left bad reviews for 2 online orders, from Amazon and Etsy, both times they offered either refund or exchange only if I removed my review, I refused (seller cannot delete a review), so here’s another reason to not believe reviews
“Before you complain, be aware that our new store policy is that if your complaint is unreasonable, you will be given a mild electric shock.” We need behavioural modification on a societal scale.
Sent a complaint to Wendy’s about a specific franchise location automatically up-sizing orders and serving horribly disgusting cold food and was sent an email that I had to download their spy-ware app to get a coupon. Rather not have the spy-ware than a free combo meal.

If it’s a legitimate complaint, fix it. If not, tell her to get the hell out!

A terrible idea. Why should people be rewarded for being such difficult customers?

How much will it cost your business to ignore a problem? A lot more than $10, usually.

That will only encourage people to complain!

Or she could just listen to the complaint and deal with it, thus improving the store experience for everyone.

first thing folks in these parts heard about that policy, they’d be lining up outside from 6 a.m., drooling…
