Oh, that I could have the energy of a three-year-old at MY age!

I have instructed Igor to wire the door knocker to the mains for the trick or treaters and then bring then into the cellar. I need subjects for my experiments. I will create a soccer player with a brain. They say it can’t be done, but I’ll show them ( goes into maniacal laugh but starts coughing and has to go and have a lie down).

A bit erroneous, since lizzie will have to stop at each house to get the candy, then the dad can take a little breather. At times it could be 30 seconds between houses. However, it does bring back memories.

Yeah, John, you need to get in shape if you can’t keep up with a 3 year old.

John is still paying penance and will for quite a while. Wives have long memories(of certain things), very short on others.

I’ve been there, except I was smiling, carrying my little sleepy sweetie girl!

i retired back in february from universal & seaworld. i’m d watch the kids running everywhere non-stop, walking was unknown to them. they’s wear me out just watching them. reminded me of when i was a kid back in the 50s & 60s.

Maybe John allowed Michael to go trick or treating with Lawrence and Gordon while he had to chaperone Elizabeth.

“Michael must think he’s too grown to go trick-or-treating with little kids.”Our “Michael” knows he’s too old to go around with his little sisters. He’ll sit there in his room, playing Blockland as usual. He would like us to bring him some candy, though.

Eh, just give her some candy… that’ll wake her up for the run home. ;-)

Great idea about wagon with blankets, instead of carrying the sleepy child. When mine were little we did not go that far they got tired of it. One Halloween we went no where as we had lots of snow and we where in a small town towards a big town they had ice. A Baptist church was having Halloween party and invited children to come.

Stay safe everyone tonight. To the east coasters stay safe too a lot of cleanup.

When I went trick or treating with my dad, all the neighbours would say, “Oh, and who is this little ghost, Red Riding hood, you name it.” And I’d always answer in all seriousness, " I’m (my real name.) I really was worried that they had no idea who I was, even with my dad standing right there.
