When you refuse to share the stage, you do end up alone and lonely!

Interactive TV? Wish most kids (and adults) had the sense to walk away much more often.

When I went to frorfw.com to see Lynn’s note like I do everyday I got this message: Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL extension which is required by WordPress. Anyone else have this problem?

There is nothing wrong with this television set. Do not attempt to adjust the picture. I am controlling transmission. If you wish to make it louder, I will tune it to a whisper. If you wish to make it softer, I will jack up the volume. I will control the horizontal. I will control the vertical. I can roll the image; make it flutter. I can change the focus to a soft blur or sharpen it to crystal clarity. For the next hour, sit quietly and I will control all that you see and hear. I repeat: there is nothing wrong with this television set. You are about to participate in a great adventure. You are about to experience the awe and mystery which reaches from the inner mind to the outer Foobs.

When PBS gets no viewers, they can survive thanks to taxpayer subsidies. How come other networks have not asked to be subsidized when their ratings stink?

Just out of curiosity, why? The only post I see on here has nothing reprehensible in it. Was one deleted?

Ah…The first time I ever heard that term was in the movie “Porkies”. I had no clue what it meant then. I just truly don’t think in those kinds of ways. I curse worse than most sailors, but I never use any word that insults something a person has no control over i.e. race, sexual orientation, mental deficiency.

That was also my impression.

I checked over the comments and there is only one vulgar word, and that was spoken by Tomielm.
