back in the day when you could tell your kids, “go outside and play” and you knew they’d be safe in the neighborhood.

Often wondered why we saw so little of these kids after a point.

I don’t get it.The stroller looks okay in panel 8 when they return,but is totally destroyed in panel 9??

Plus, the baby’s legs grew almost twice as long between panel 3 and 8. : )

Raised 4 kids, they get to be teens and become totally destructive. Especially, boys. Who will destroy their fathers truck. While girls will lie to your face. Even when they are aware that what they are telling you is a lie

Anne trusted a couple of kindergartners to push a stroller around the neighborhood?? She shouldn’t be a mother. She just wanted to get rid of them so she could have a quiet time for a while. Anything could have happened to any of the children while outside unsupervised.

In most neighbourhoods it is statistically safer for kids than it was 20 to 40 years ago.Too many shows like Nancy Grace that suggest otherwise.

What is it with kids&wheels, the bigger the kid the bigger the wheels!

the neighbor hood was safe where i was growing up. they did not have a fit over on tv like they do know over a pre puberty girl topless on tv. back when i was a kid we did not have the internet. online adult websites are causing young kids to be sexually curious in the wrong way.

Kids are safer today than they were then. Bad things just get reported on national news because it happens rarely(per capitia)

She has a kid who can’t even get a drink on his own, and she puts him in charge of a baby on the street?!?
