A few weeks ago we saw Michael, Gordon and Brian cat-calling women on the beach. This time it’s Michael, Gordon and Lawrence. It’s nice to see they find a bearded, manly biker to be just as attractive as bathing beauties. Macho bikers deserve equal time and thanks to this comic strip, they get it.
I remember one time driving to work in the early morning seeing a motorcycle pull out from a subdivision and a beautiful woman was riding the motorcycle. So I got the best of both worlds that morning. Though he lug-head boyfriend/husband pulled out of the subdivision about 10 seconds later and caught up to her. :(
I had similar experience many years ago, as I was crossing the street there was a vintage hot rod waiting at the light, GORGEOUS. As I cross in front of it I’m staring at he detailed paint job and all of the beautiful chrome. As I get to the other side of the street the woman in the passenger side starts cursing me out for wanting to have sex with her boyfriend/husband. Honestly, it could have been a gorilla behind the wheel for all the notice I took of who was inside. I looked at her confused and told her that it was a fantastic car. Now it was her turn to look to look confused and embarrassed.
For years these kinds of cartoons (about wolf whistles and smart remarks directed at girls) were not considered in bad taste. In fact, this behavior was expected, and as a girl being whistled at by boys in a passing car (depending on the way it was done), I thought was funny and fun. Times have changed…and for the better.
Every time I read the comments on GoComics, I feel so young because I see such antiquated POVs. And I’m 50 years old, my gawd! Thank you guys, this is fantastic!
I love <>! Such a cute word, & a cute sound too (although I am not interested in being the object of wolf whistles or catcalls, as I find myself a Plain Jane.) I like the sound, it’s cute & makes me laugh.

Guess you’re in trouble now, dad! If it’s not babes, it’ll be bikes…….or cars. You may have to encourage the boys to ‘walk’ a little more often.

I’m surprised SOMEone didn’t use the automatic window button from his driver’s side advantage.

Ahh, yes… They’re caught by the fumes… car fumes and perfumes.

Hardly a bike to get excited about.. and the driver looks like a looser to boot.

What is the difference between a Harley and a Hoover? Answer: Location of the dirt bag.
(Not really my attitude toward bikers, but I thought it was funny.)

Like father like son. Remember, John’s midlife crisis resulting in a sports car rather than an affair.

They were speaking of the motor cycle not the rider.
