    Chicken’s not meat, but if there was enough blood to turn the 40 gallon pot of sauce red AND flavor it, I would question the “chicken”, or, chicken" fingers".

    If I remember correctly, several years ago a bill was passed by congress to allow chicken processing houses to send whole chickens, after defeathering and gutting, frozen to china for processing. China would then send the chicken back here as “processed chicken parts”, commonly referred to as nuggets and wings to be sole in restaurants.

    Gross! I just bought a whole chicken raised and processed locally. I will never want to buy chicken any other way again.
