Saturday Night Physics is probably Saturday Night Fever, but I don’t recognize any of the others. Does someone know what songs are being referred to?

When disco music was popular, I hated it with a passion – even attended one of the Disco Sux record trashings at a nearby stadium. Two decades later, I was at a party where the radio was tuned to a “disco saturday night” program, and I found myself singing along to every tune. It made me sad.

That’s what happens when you wait until the last minute to study.

This is actually a very good way to learn science and make it fun (though the idea that the kids would be interested in these particular songs is certainly dated). I’m surprised it’s coming from Peter and not Jason.

Studying on a Saturday night?! That doesn’t sound like Peter at all.

Indeed … looks like Peter’s finding a way to keep Stayin’ Alive while studying.

    Made me laugh.

Wow so much dislike for disco. If you could dance, it was perfect. Still love it, much to the chagrin of my kids. But I also loved Motown, another great dancing genre. Such wonderful times.
