Gym Frank: He claims he does that routine for an hour before starting his cardio workout. Do you believe him? Ernest: It's a bit of a stretch!
Before my arthritus and other problems got so bad that I couldn’t exercise anymore I’d spend a couple hours a day exercisizing, then they changed my work schedule at work and I didn’t have those two hours in a row that I could do my routines. Eventually I also developed problems with my arthritus and that put an end to any regular workouts.
