the reason most hate Mondays is because it takes 2 days to reset your sleep cycle. They go out and stay out late on Friday and sleep in late on Saturday morning then do it again Saturday night. Sunday they return to there normally for the work week and upon waking up there body still thinks it needs to be sleeping causing the Monday Blahs. The best solution is simple just go to bed the same time every day and get up the same time every day regardless of work or not. I have been doing this for 30 years now and have had 30 years of no Monday Blahs.
